Project Proposal - Eskdale WalksThroughout the first trimester of MA Creative Practice I began works exploring culture in and around Eskdale, Scotland. This exploration took place not only thematically but began to push the visual style and story telling of the project, along with exploring the use of curation within work and the placement of the works both digitally and physically. I wish to use Creative Practice CRPR7002 to develop a further look at placement digitally and physically, considering career trajectories that fit within my practice, alongside polishing stylistic and working practices moving towards MA Final Project focused around culture within Eskdale.

This would be supported by exploring the digital placement of work. As well as building on the learnings of the previous trimester pushing style and developing on reportage approach through documentation and reflection.

Test Before Final Release
Due to Covid-19 there have been access issues to the Langholm Archive. Once able to access these, all watermarked photographs will be replaced with scans of originals and the series will be officially released.
